Orders & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders.
Full payment must be completed before or at pickup.
Cancellations & Changes
Deposits are non-refundable.
Design or flavour changes must be requested at least 5 days prior to pickup.
Late changes may be declined or subject to additional charges.
Pickup & Responsibility
Cakes must be collected at the agreed date and time.
Responsibility transfers to the customer once the cake is collected.
Lonnie Cakes is not responsible for damage after pickup.
Design & Finish
All cakes are handmade; minor variations in colour and decoration may occur.
Reference images are for inspiration only.
Storage & Food Safety
Buttercream cakes must be refrigerated.
Best consumed within 48 hours; safe for up to 3–4 days when refrigerated.
Remove from the fridge 1–2 hours before serving.
Lonnie Cakes is not responsible for damage caused by heat, improper storage, or mishandling.
Allergies
Cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
Allergen-free products cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
No refunds once the cake has been collected.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup, with photos.
